VUYO Dabula, who plays the character of Gadaffi on Generations – The Legacy, allegedly went ballistic and hurled unprintable insults at women who were fighting for him at a pub.

He apparently went as far as telling them that they are ugly and not his type. Vuyo lost his cool when two women started pushing one another because they all wanted his attention. This happened recently at PH Network Cafe, which is popularly known as Mabaleng, in the south of Joburg.

It is understood that Vuyo arrived at Mabaleng accompanied by a friend. While Vuyo, his friend and other people were sitting outside having fun, all hell broke loose.

"I was there with my friend and we chilled with some other guys who asked to sit with us. Later on, people started coming to me to ask for pictures and I agreed. However, they started pushing and shoving and my friend asked them to take it easy because they were all going to get a chance to take pictures with me.

"Things got out of control because of the alcohol they had consumed. I left with my friend and as I was heading to my car, two women came towards me. Later more people came to the parking lot and I was pushed around. But I never called anyone ugly because that’s not how I was raised. I respect women and I wouldn’t disrespect them at any cost," says the star.

However, three different sources who spoke to Crazy News 24, all claimed that 'Gadaffi' indeed said the women are ugly and that he insulted their mothers' behinds.

"He indeed insulted them, he said, 'Stop fighting for me, get away nina ziphukuphuku zamankazana, msunu yabonina'. This was after the ladies had pushed each other towards him and got his clothes dirty in the process," said another source who only identified himself as Lebogang.

According to two trusted sources who witnessed the entire scene, there is more to the story than the star reveals. Apparently when it was time to leave, Vuyo and his friend went towards the parking lot.

"The two women who had a confrontation inside the pub followed him," says one of our trusted sources. "One woman said that she was in love with Vuyo which baffled onlookers because Vuyo is a married man and it was clear that he didn't know the woman."

This is when he got angry and told the women that they were ugly. They also turned on each and continued to fight as they tried to get his attention. The guards at the venue just ignored them. Vuyo told the women that he didn’t understand why they were fighting for him," says our other source.

Vuyo explains that he also experienced a similar incident in Durban and that he fails to understand why people would go to the extent of lying about him even though he did nothing wrong.

He adds that life is not easy when you are in the spotlight as people make up stories about you.

"It’s hard being a celebrity because people always lie so that they can destroy you," he says.
